Delete Your Data
Sale Buddy has no servers of its own and the developer does not hold a copy of your data. Your data exists in two places that you control: on your device, and in a hidden backup file in your own Google Drive. Use the steps below to delete either one.
Delete your Google Drive backup
- Open Sale Buddy and sign in with the Google account you want to clean up.
- Open Accounts and Backup, then Manage My Cloud Data.
- Tap Delete Cloud Backup.
- Type your Google account email to confirm, then tap Delete.
This permanently removes the Sale Buddy backup file for that account from Google Drive's hidden app data folder.
Delete the data on your device
- On your Android phone, open Settings, then Apps, then Sale Buddy.
- Open Storage and tap Clear data, or uninstall the app.
This removes the products, sales, customers, and settings stored on the device, for every account that has been used on it. Backups or exports you saved yourself, for example in your Downloads folder, are separate files that you can delete with your file manager.
Remove Sale Buddy's access to your Google account
Go to your Google Account's third-party access page, choose Sale Buddy, and select Delete all connections or Remove access. Delete the cloud backup first, because after access is removed the app can no longer delete it for you.
